Returns & Exchanges 

Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about fitting to figure out your size. If the sizing doesn’t work for you we can send another size.

 

WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY OR THAT ARE FAULTY AND SWAP THEM FOR THE RIGHTSIZE IF AVAILABLE.

 

 

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS (NATIONAL) AND 10 DAYS (INTERNATIONALLY) UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.  

All returned International  purchases will be refunded minus package, handling and shipping costs.

 

How to return or exchange your purchase...

1)  Before returning an item please email us (info@thekeep.co.nz) explaining what you are returning and why?

2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

3) Pay to send your package via Track n Trace methods only, with the following included:  

a) a clean item in perfect condition with original tags attached.

b) returns form filled out. (we will email this to you when you contact us)

c) send it so that The Keep receives it within 7 days of emailing you.

 

 

Please note:  
- The Keep is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 

- Further, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customers responsibility in full, you pay all forms of shipping. 
- All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.

- Until an item is received at The Keep, it is your responsibility, so Track n Trace

 

 

Refunds

If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit your bank account via direct deposit or Pay Pal where you can withdraw the funds.


 

Warranty

If product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. 

If in the case we have no more stock of a faulty item we will award a store credit.

We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. If an item has been used please return clean.

All products MUST be returned with receipt and original tags attached. Please send back items with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.

 

 

Sale Items

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, 
(but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault)

Official Stuff

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on The Keep site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

However, because we have the odd late night, we are unable to guarantee that product descriptions or other content of the web site is completely correct all the time.

All orders will be processed on a Wednesday and will be shipped then. We are a small team working as much as we can to make sure your beautiful new garments get to you as soon as possible.

 

 

The Keep privacy statement

We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to anyone.

We don’t record credit card information.

Joining The Keep is totally optional, however it is encouraged, as it will benefit you in your experience with us. Once again we keep this information private and secure.
